Biden or Trump, Putin said publicly who he likes

Joe Biden, Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump.

Russian President Vladimir Putin says he prefers Joe Biden to Donald Trump. However, he is willing to work with any US president.

Putin said these things in an interview broadcast on Wednesday. He was interviewed by Russian journalist Pavel Zarubin.

Pavel wants to know from Putin, who is better for Russia between Democrat Biden and Republican Trump?

Without hesitation, Putin said, Biden. He is a more experienced, predictable person. He is an old style politician.

After a little laugh, Putin said, “But we will work with any American president, in whom the American people trust.”

The US presidential election will be held in November 2024. Biden and Trump are expected to face each other for the second time in this election.

There is a high level of political uncertainty in the United States right now. Meanwhile, relations between the United States and Russia are now at rock bottom.

In such a context, Putin made his first public comment about the upcoming US presidential election. However, it is highly likely that his comments will not be considered sincere.

In February 2022, Russia launched a military invasion of Ukraine. The US is leading a series of Western actions against Russia in response to this aggression. These measures include the expansion of the military alliance NATO, the imposition of sanctions on Moscow, and the aid of Kiev with large sums of money and weapons.

Trump has been reluctant to criticize Putin during his tenure as US president. Recently, Trump said that he would encourage Russia to attack NATO member states that fail to pay their contributions. In light of such views of Trump, many of his critics believe that he will favor Putin if he is elected US president.
